“Didi you know, that Nilofur aspires to be a doctor and I also want to be one, it is raining there right now while its cold here, they like to watch and sing Salman Khan songs and movies, when they are so much like us why does everyone call them different??”
This are the expressions and thoughts of Manisha Devipujak, after her SKYPE interaction with the children from a school in Peshawar- Pakistan.
There is so much the children can teach us, if only we are willing to learn…

“દીદી મને બહુ મન થતું કે ત્યાના લોકો કેવા હશે ? શું કરતા હશે ? આપડે એમને કૈંક કહીશું તો એ કેવી રીતે સમજશે ? પણ તેમની સાથે વાત કરી તો ખબર પડી કે આતો આપણા જેવા ને જેવા જ છે..
દીદી એ નીલોફરને ડોક્ટર બનવું છે ને મારે પણ...
ત્યાં હાલ વરસાદ પડે છે અને અહિયાં ઠંડી છે...
એને સલમાન ખાન ગમે છે, પીચ્ચરનાં ગીતો ગાવા ગમે છે, નાચવું ગમે છે અને મને પણ...
આ લોકો આપણા જેવાને જેવા જ છે તો બધા એમને જુદા કેમ કહે છે ?”

બાળકો પાસેથી કેટલું બધું શીખી શકાય નઈ ?
